KITA LOGISTICS CONTINUES TO GROW WITH A NEW WAREHOUSE INVESTMENT, INTERNATIONAL OFFICE OPENINGS, DIGITALIZATION, AND CUSTOMIZED TRANSPORTATION SOLUTIONS

Celebrating its 30th anniversary in the logistics sector, Kıta Logistics kicked off 2025 with strategic investments. The company aims to achieve strong growth momentum through a new bonded warehouse facility going live in Hadımköy in May, new office openings in Ankara and Georgia, a digital transformation project, and a sustainability-focused business model.

Closing 2024 with a turnover exceeding €100 million, Kıta Logistics achieved 40% growth compared to the previous year. In the same year, it successfully completed nearly 8,000 tons of air cargo, 45,000 TEU of sea freight, and 20,000 domestic transport operations.

New Warehouse Investment Enhances Operational Capacity

Entering 2025 with a new warehouse investment in Hadımköy, Kıta Logistics launched a 16,000 m² facility. With this investment, the Ambarlı Bonded Warehouse space expanded from 8,200 m² to 14,000 m², and the total storage area reached approximately 48,000 m². The new facility, offering both bonded and free zone services, is expected to bring speed and flexibility to regional and international logistics operations. Equipped with the latest infrastructure for occupational health, fire, and electrical safety, the warehouse is projected to double its revenue contribution compared to the previous year.

Customized European Transport with New Lorry Fleet

To make services on European routes faster and more flexible, Kıta Logistics added next-generation Lorry vehicles to its fleet. Operating especially in Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium, these vehicles offer high efficiency for small to mid-sized loads, delivering a more personalized logistics experience.

These vehicles, featuring 72-hour door-to-door delivery from Istanbul to most of Europe, ADR compliance, and a 3.5-ton load capacity, provide operational flexibility for both partial and full shipments—enhancing clients' competitive edge.

Expanded Service Network with New Offices in Ankara and Georgia

The new office at Koç Towers in Ankara improves access to Central Anatolia and the Black Sea regions, while the Georgia office enables a direct service model for transport operations in the Caucasus and Central Asia. As part of its digital transformation, the implementation of SAP S/4HANA enhances operational efficiency and ensures sustainable performance across accounting, finance, and reporting processes. In parallel, the company aims to accelerate digitalization and boost performance management in HR, sales, and marketing departments through upcoming integrations currently under development.
