Working in coordination with the departments, identifying needs, transferring requests and following up and reporting the work done,
Conducting/organizing the conduct of end user trainings,
Preparing training documents and organizing trainings for commissioned/developed screens,
To determine the needs related to his/her duties, especially ERP, taking into account the company's objectives and to present measures/suggestions for their elimination.
To identify the problems experienced by users in ERP systems such as Tmaxx, SAP, etc. and to take necessary actions to eliminate them
Analyzing company processes and user needs, identifying improvements that can be made in the overall setup.
COMPETENCIES
Graduated from Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc. departments of universities
Will be able to take the necessary actions to identify and eliminate the problems experienced by users in ERP systems such as Tmaxx, SAP, etc.
Analyze company processes and user needs and identify improvements that can be made in the overall setup
Will be able to provide end-user trainings,
Good command of Microsoft Office programs (preferably Excel, Word and Powerpoint),
