Within the scope of process audit; focusing on risky areas within the process, risk analysis by identifying high-risk findings, if any, identifying critical points and presenting recommendations.
Within the scope of financial audit; financial statement review, account controls, legal compliance and tax audit.
Conducting inspection and investigation activities.
Auditing the compliance of the Company's activities and business processes with laws, regulations, company policies and rules, and contributing to the improvement of their effectiveness.
To actively control the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes and the accuracy and reliability of financial applications
To take part in efforts to establish internal control mechanisms/systems that prevent all kinds of risks, to measure the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, and to develop recommendations for strengthening the internal control mechanism.
Keeping abreast of regulations and developments regarding labor management and supervision.
Ensuring follow-up of recommendations related to audit findings.
Carrying out system development, in-unit training, standard development and information sharing activities for audit activities.
To take part in the establishment of preventive internal control mechanisms/systems to prevent all kinds of risks.
Qualifications:
Preferably graduated from Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering departments of universities
At least 3 years of experience, preferably working in internal audit or internal control departments of companies operating in the real sector and having investigation experience
Good command of English
Analytical thinker, careful, risk and solution-oriented, responsible, team-oriented
Knowledge of accounting, tax, process audit and general legislation
Preferably familiar with SAP ERP program
Good knowledge of MS Office programs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to adapt to dynamic working environments and flexible working hours
Completed military service for male candidates
Preferably having a class B driver's license and driving an active vehicle
No travel restrictions
Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul
