K\u0131ta Logistics has launched a new digital warehousing infrastructure to increase\nefficiency in storage and warehouse operations and offer its customers faster and more\ntraceable processes. Designed to address the growing operational needs of companies\noperating in the retail, fast-moving consumer goods, and e-commerce sectors, the\nsystem significantly improves speed, accuracy, and visibility in warehouse processes.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the mobile app at the core of the new infrastructure, all operational\nprocesses\u2014from product intake to shipment\u2014can be managed in real time directly from\nthe field. With a barcode-based system integrated with the ERP system, product\nmovements are tracked in real time, while inventory accuracy and operational control\nare strengthened.<\/p>\n

Bilal Yurtta\u015f, Member of the Board of Directors and General Manager of Warehouses\nand Domestic Logistics at K\u0131ta Logistics, made the following remarks regarding the\ninvestment:<\/p>\n

The new system brings together goods receipt, location management, order picking,\ninventory control, outbound processes, and loading operations under a single digital\nframework. Thanks to work orders managed via the mobile app, warehouse teams can\nreceive real-time guidance in the field; the locations of products within the warehouse\ncan be viewed within seconds. This allows operational teams to access products more\nquickly, accelerates order preparation processes, and reduces the risk of errors.<\/p>

Designed specifically for retail and e-commerce companies managing a large number of\nSKUs, this infrastructure ensures higher operational accuracy in store shipments,\ndistribution operations, and order fulfillment processes. With real-time inventory visibility,\ncustomers can manage product movements more effectively, and shipment planning\nbecomes more reliable.<\/p>

The system, which has begun to be used in K\u0131ta Logistics\u2019 warehouse and storage\noperations in Istanbul, constitutes a key component of the company\u2019s recent\ninvestments in warehouses, storage facilities, sustainability, and digitalization.<\/p>
