In line with its sustainability- and technology-driven growth vision, K\u0131ta Logistics\ncontinues to position itself as one of the pioneers of transformation in the sector\nthrough its comprehensive investments in Green Logistics and Digital\nTransformation. As the company rolls out a large-scale program spanning warehouse\nand bonded warehouse infrastructure, fleet restructuring, carbon management, and\nthe digitalization of commercial processes, it has increased its total investment in\nthese areas to approximately TRY 600 million.<\/p>

Within the scope of this new investment, sustainability has become not just an\napproach but a core element of operational design in the newly commissioned\nwarehouses and storage facilities. Supported by renewable energy systems, the\nfacilities generate energy through rooftop solar panels, while energy-efficient lighting\ninfrastructure, in-warehouse recycling practices, and environmentally friendly\npackaging solutions have been integrated into a unified system. With the transition to\nlithium-ion forklift technology, both energy efficiency and occupational safety\nstandards have been significantly improved. The number of forklifts using this\ntechnology has reached 24. Through process optimization efforts, resource utilization\nhas become more efficient, while smart systems implemented in electrical and fire\nsafety have played a critical role in strengthening operational continuity.<\/p>

Fleet renewal, carried out in line with sustainable transportation goals, has also been\na key pillar of this transformation. In this context, 31 next-generation Ford Trucks Gen\n2 vehicles have been added to the fleet. With all vehicles meeting Euro 6 emission\nstandards, significant improvements in fuel consumption and carbon emissions are\ntargeted, while operational efficiency and environmental performance are addressed\ntogether.<\/p>

K\u0131ta Logistics has also entered a new phase in carbon footprint management. By\nenabling carbon footprint calculations to be carried out using internal resources,\nprocesses have accelerated and decision-making has begun to rely on stronger data\nsets. This capability allows for more effective planning of carbon reduction strategies\nand measurable management of sustainability performance. The company is also\ncontinuing its pre-audit preparations for the ISO 14064-1 Corporate Carbon Footprint\nStandard certification. The company can now share emission data with its customers\nfor all road transport carried out with its own fleet and for sea freight shipments.\nPreparations are also underway to measure and share emissions related to air\nfreight.<\/p>

As part of the digital transformation program, sales, marketing, and procurement processes have been restructured through smart automation systems. Thanks to the newly implemented digital infrastructure, pricing capacity has increased by over 60%,\nwhile the volume of quotations has grown by 20%. Through automation in operational\ncommunication processes, approximately 4,000 email workflows related to shipment tracking are now managed by the system. This transformation has enabled teams to\nsave hundreds of hours, allowing these resources to be redirected toward sales\ndevelopment and pricing activities.<\/p>

The company\u2019s digitalization vision is built on a structure where operations are\nmanaged through a single platform, systems are fully integrated, and decision-\nmaking processes are data-driven. This approach represents a holistic transformation\nstrategy that includes reducing manual workload to strengthen operational\nexcellence, ensuring seamless data flow by integrating the Tmaxx platform with\ncustomer, agency, and ERP systems, and enabling real-time monitoring of\nperformance metrics and KPIs.<\/p>

Within the scope of corporate infrastructure transformation, the transition to the SAP\nsystem has been completed for finance and accounting processes, while the\nimplementation of SAP SuccessFactors for human resources processes is planned.\nWith these steps, the company aims to build a more integrated and measurable\nstructure focused on both corporate efficiency and employee experience.<\/p>
